Who it's for
Tenants — especially first-time renters, students, and people relocating who are handed a long agreement and aren't sure what's normal. You don't need to be a lawyer or know what to ask. Paste the text or upload a photo, and FinePrint does the reading.
Why it's different from a generic chatbot
We've pre-engineered the analysis for Indian rentals. FinePrint checks every agreement against a curated checklist of known-unfair clauses and local norms — deposit conventions, lock-in and notice periods, rent-increase limits, maintenance liability, registration and stamp duty, and Rent Control / Tenancy Act specifics where relevant.
