The short version
We don't store your document. We don't require a login. When you paste text, we automatically strip common personal identifiers before sending it for analysis. We're honest below about the one place your content does go: our AI provider.
We don't store your document
Your agreement is processed in memory to generate the analysis and then discarded. We do not save the document text, the uploaded file, or the resulting report on our servers. Nothing is tied to an account, because there are no accounts.
Automatic redaction (pasted text)
When you paste text, we automatically remove email addresses, phone numbers, PAN numbers, and Aadhaar numbers before the text leaves our server. Rent and deposit amounts are preserved, because the analysis needs them. We do not automatically remove names — please redact those yourself if they are sensitive.
Uploaded photos and PDFs are sent as-is — we cannot redact an image — so black out personal details before uploading if you'd rather keep them private.
Our AI provider
To analyze your agreement, the (redacted) text or your uploaded file is sent to Google's Gemini AI. On our current free tier, Google may use submitted content to improve their services. We mention this plainly so you can decide what to share. If this matters to you, avoid pasting anything you wouldn't want reviewed, and redact names and identifying details first.
Abuse prevention
To keep the free service available and prevent abuse, we briefly record your IP address to enforce rate limits. It is used only for that purpose and is not used to identify you or linked to your document.
